DESCRIPTION:Rachel Chai is the Operations Manager for Enrych. \nFor over 30 years Enrych has supported adults with a disability to live the most active and independent lives possible. They achieve this through their amazing Enrych volunteers\, and PA service (in certain areas). \nTheir vision is that all adults with a physical disability are able live the lives that they want to live and exert the same level of choice over how they spend their free time as everyone else.\nThey believe that people should…\nNot be defined by their disability\nBe encouraged and able to reach their potential \nAs Operations Manager\, Rachel’s focus is on providing resources\, training and operational support to staff and branches and she talks today about her work and her organisation. \n  \n
