DESCRIPTION:Handover Day. \nThe day viewed with relief by one person and with trepidation by another when the outgoing President\, David Smith\, hands over his chain of office to the incoming President\, David Brain. \nThe latter David is not a novice in the role as he has previously worn a Presidential chain at the Rotary Club of Coleshill (twice) and at Henley-in-Arden\, and no doubt his experience in the local constabulary will ensure he keeps everyone in order! \nAt the same time\, other officers take up their new positions. \n
