DESCRIPTION:Once again the town Christmas Tree in Warwick Market Place will be used as a place to remember loved ones.   The Town Council and the Rotary Club of Warwick are joining forces to enable you to purchase a card which will be placed on the tree bearing the names of those remembered in your request. \nThe Christmas tree\, donated by Barns Close Nurseries\, had already been put up and the annual Lights of Love appeal was launched by the Rotary Club of Warwick\, with the Mayor of Warwick\, Counc. Christine Cross\, switching on the lights on the tree as part of the Victorian evening celebrations on Thursday Nov 24th.   People are invited to dedicate a message remembering a loved one\, and an attractive card will be added to the tree\, raising funds this year for Myton Hospice and the Mayors charities.  \n A list of all those whose names are on the tree will also be published on this web site and updated regularly.. \nTo get your message on the tree fill in the attached form\, or collect one from Warwick Post Office\, Tourist Information Office\, Claridges\, or Torreys Hardware in West Street.   And please remember that for those who qualify\, Gift Aid can be claimed to increase your donation.   The leaflet also gives details of where it should be sent or handed in. \nYou are all also very welcome to attend a short service of dedication in the Market Place at 4pm on Sunday 11th December\, when carols and readings will be accompanied by local school children and members of Warwick Marching Band. \nTo download an application form visit this site \nA list of those remembered can be seen here \n  \n
