SUMMARY:Warwick Town Bonfire 2015
DESCRIPTION: Tickets are now on sale for this year’s annual Warwick Town Bonfire which is being held on Sat Nov 7th at Warwick racecourse. The organisers\, Warwick Lions and Warwick Rotary Club are hoping for better weather this year as the wet conditions deterred  a lot of people last year.   However\, you are reminded that there is hard standing from which to watch the spectacle irrespective of the weather. Gates open at 5pm and there is a children’s fun area\, hot refreshments and free parking. The Bonfire will be lit at 6.30 and the fireworks show should be better than ever with a new supplier setting the display to music. Great support is being given this year by local firms; The Tuckery is sponsoring the Guys contest at local schools Newburgh and Westgate; and support has been given by Warringtons of Warwick\, Baxi Heating and Bovis Homes\, building at Chase Meadows\, as well as the Hilton Warwick. Unipart Logistics supply the all important timber for the bonfire. Tickets can be purchased in advance; in Warwick from Torrys in West Street; the main Post Office; Claridges; Cabin News; Mellors; Warwick vacuum shop; and the Tourist Information Centres in Warwick and Leamington; as well as Woodloes Post Office; and The Larder Box Cafe at Chase Meadows. Alternatively tickets can be bought on-line through our website www.warwicktownbonfire.org.uk; Advance tickets – Adults and children over 12 – £5; accompanying children under 12 free; On the gate adults and children over 12 £6; children 12 and under £2; infants under 2yrs old free\, so it’s worth buying early. All the proceeds go to local charities and good causes\, with over £13\,000 raised last year. \n
