DESCRIPTION:Warwick Town Bonfire is moving to a new home.  \nThe event\, organised by Warwick Lions and Warwick Rotary is to be held on Saturday 4th November and will now take place within the confines of Warwick Racecourse with improved facilities and many new features including: \n\nA firework display which is split into two sections. Firstly\, there is a short children’s display starting at 6pm and lasting approximately 8 minutes – so please arrive early. The bonfire itself will be lit at 6.30 followed by the main firework display set to music. With extra funding from the organisers ensuring an even better show than previous years. \nThe covered racecourse stands are available which is important should the weather be unkind\, with their increased height providing great viewing of both the firework and the bonfire sited on the common just across the racetrack.\nA steel band will provide entertainment.\nThe racecourse is doing the on-line ticketing and tickets are available for sale NOW by clicking on the racecourse web site \nThe Scudamore Bar will be open.\nImproved sound from racecourse PA system\nChildren’s play areas at both entrances – Hampton Road\, and Bread & Meat Close\n\nIn addition\, there are the usual hot food and drinks outlets\, light stick sales and of course the very popular punch stall. \nIt is worth buying early as advance tickets cost £6 for adults and children over 14. Between age 3 and 14 the charge is £1 and below 3 entry is free. If you wish to pay at the gate there is a slight increase in price to £8 and £2 respectively. \nAdditionally\, from October advance tickets at the lower price may be purchased in Warwick from Torrys in West Street; the main Post Office; Claridges; Cabin News; Mellors; Warwick vacuum shop; plus the Tourist Information Centres in Warwick and Leamington; as well as Woodloes Post Office; and The Larder Box Cafe at Chase Meadows.
