Lunchtime Meeting on Zoom

The speaker at today’s meeting will be Alison Sutherland PHF.
Alison has been involved in Rotary for many years and was President of Cardiff Bay Rotary Club in 2014. She went on to become Chair of the Rotarian Action Group for Peace and is currently District Governor of District 1150.
She has been given the RIBI Champions of Change award for her outstanding work in helping the community. She was chosen to receive the award after she developed a programme in conjunction to with a local support centre to help integrate asylum seekers and refugees into the Cardiff community. The programme she developed covers a range of topics including identity and difference, human rights and local culture and practices.
