Schools Concert in St. Mary’s Church
The Rotary Club of Warwick, in partnership with the County School Music Service, presents a Mid-Summer Concert in St. Mary's Collegiate Church, Warwick on Tuesday 20th June 2017. A talk by Heidi Mayer, the Master of the Lord Leycester Hospital in Warwick. The Lord Leycester Hospital is a retirement home for ex-Servicemen in Warwick that is located next to the West Gate, on High Street. The Hospital comprises the medieval Chapel of St James the Great, living quarters, a Guildhall and a Great Hall. The 13th Rotary Thai festival returns to Warwick racecourse on Sunday July 16th following a successful debut there last year. This popular event has outgrown the Market Place and the racecourse provides more space for additional attractions, and plenty of space for car parking. Once again members of Warwick Rotary, supported by the Mayor of Warwick and the staff of Warwick Castle, will entertain children from Chernobyl as part of the Chernobyl Children's Project.
