Oct21 - Meera’s poster goes to COP 26

Westgate and Coten End Primary Schools rose to a challenge set by Rotary GB&I producing posters on Climate Change ahead of the important international conference in Glasgow later this month.

A poster by Meera Prakash of Coten End Primary School was selected by judges from Midlands District 1060 and will be displayed at COP 26 for the world leaders to see.

Meera’s poster showed the world as a melting ice cream cone, with the message that “we can make a change” and “every little helps”

Meera Prakash centre receives winners certificate from President Paul Jaspal, with teacher Rosie Bloomfield of Coten End Primary.
Meera’s poster will be seen by world leaders when it is displayed at COP 26 this month.
