Karen Lynch MBE High Sherriff of Warwickshire came to lunch and talked about her role as the 691st Sherriff of Warwickshire and just the 13th lady in the role.

Karen had a career in publishing but following a move to Warwickshire had moved into the world of Social Enterprise. She established Belu water which was able to donate over £5 million to Water Aid for which she was awarded the Queens Award. She now coaches companies to turn their profits into supporting good causes,
Challenging people and business to work out “what is your purpose” and to minimise their environmental impact, she was awarded the MBE for services to social enterprise and charity.
As High Sherriff and the Queens representative in the County she is responsible for the justice system and established connections between towns identifying Changemakers and celebrating those who help their communities.
Karen believes there can be a better and kinder way to do business and solve the worlds problems at the same time.
