Mar3 - President gives £1,000 to The Myton Hospices.

Warwick Rotary President Keith Talbot dropped into Warwick Myton Hospice this week with a cheque for £1,000 raised from their Christmas Lights of Love appeal!

Seen here with Louise Careless, Community Fundraiser at The Myton Hospices, the money was raised from the Lights of Love donations for cards on the Christmas tree in Warwick Market square. The proceeds are shared with the Mayors charities, which has also received £1,000 from the club.

The Myton Hospices are getting back to normal after a difficult year during the pandemic. They need £9 million each year to support their in-patient service, to support to out-patients on a day care basis, and in their own homes across Coventry and Warwickshire.

They have a wide programme of fund-raising over the next few months, –  from their annual Cycle Challenge to Walk for Myton, their charity shops have re-opened and they would ask everyone to take a look at their website: www.mytonhospice.org/support  and see how you can help.
